Finding Freedom

A multi-layerd story documenting the journey of Steve Hein from falconry to flying an eagle as the mascot of the Georgia Southern University football team and finding the courage to trust along the way. Sadly we lost Freedom shortly after the film was completed, a loss that has been felt throughout Georgia Southern University, the Eagle Nation, but most by Steve Hein, his family and the staff of the Wildlife Center. Freedom's memory will live on through the many lives he touched. 2004-2025
